Q What are the size of your finished hogs when they go to butcher?

A Usually around the 200 lb mark - (however we do offer roaster pigs if you are planning a fun event!)

 

Q What is the cost of pork cut n wrapped?

A Averages around $4.50/lb (rail weight)

 

Q Where do I pickup my pork?

A If you are ordering larger quantities you will typically pick up directly from the Butcher Shop (Loves in Vegreville or Tofield Packers). Smaller Freezer Pks are packaged and ready for pickup from our Farm near Chipman.

 

Q Can I choose my cuts, cures etc?

A Yes - if purchasing a half or whole hog you would be able to deal directly with the butcher for cut instructions & any additional curing, sausage add ons etc.

 

Q Size of your broiler chickens? Turkeys?

A We strive for around 4-5lbs & around 10-15 lbs.

 

Q Can we purchase parted chickens?

A Yes - we need to know this ahead of time if possible, as these sell out very quickly.

 

Q Do you sell Eggs?

A We do but are usually sold out.
